Disciples of Tet'o – Coven Set

The Disciples of Tet'o Coven Set brings eleven resin miniatures of corrupted, parasite-ridden warbands to your tabletop, each figure sculpted with grotesque, visceral detail that embodies the slow horror of bodily transformation. These are not soldiers in any conventional sense. They are hollow vessels, plague-bearers and cursed penitents, their forms bloated with parasitic growths, bound in chains, and armed with brutal relics of a forgotten crusade.

This set contains eleven individual models at approximately 28-32 mm scale, scaled for use with standard wargaming rulesets. The warband includes hulking brute figures with studded carapaces and chain-wrapped frames, alongside smaller shambling forms with tentacled, cephalopod-like masses where their heads once were. Every figure has been individually 3D printed in high-resolution resin, supports removed, and cleaned ready for assembly and painting. No printing required on your part. They arrive ready to build and take straight to the painting table.

The Disciples of Tet'o are ideal for grimdark skirmish games, narrative campaigns, or as display pieces in a horror-themed collection. These sculpts were designed by DakkaDakka, and the richly detailed textures ranging from cracked, studded armour plates to soft, organic folds of corrupted flesh reflect that craft throughout. If you enjoy painting contrast between hard industrial materials and wet, visceral biological forms, this warband will reward the time you put in.

Each model is supplied unpainted and may require minor assembly. Plastic glue is not suitable for resin. Use cyanoacrylate (super glue) for best results. Bases may vary from those shown.

This guide is designed to help you bring the Disciples of Tet'o to life with a palette that reflects diseased flesh, corroded metal, and the slow rot of ancient corruption.

1. Prime

• Prime all models in grey or bone white using a spray or brush-on primer. Grey gives you a neutral base that works well for both the armour and flesh tones across the warband.

2. Armour Base

• Apply a dark iron basecoat (such as Leadbelcher or equivalent) to all studded plate sections and chain elements.
• Wash the armour heavily with a dark brown or black shade to pick out the rivets and surface texture.

3. Trim and Details

• Drybrush the raised studs and plate edges lightly with a bright silver to suggest worn, age-pitted metal.
• Pick out chain links with a warm brown wash to suggest rust and accumulated filth.

4. Weapons

• Paint axe and blade surfaces in a dark steel, then streak with thinned rust brown from edge to edge to suggest heavy use and neglect.
• Any wrapped hilts or handles can be painted in a cracked leather brown, washed with sepia for depth.

5. Weathering

• Use stippling with a sponge or torn blister pack foam to apply rust and chipping effects across all metal surfaces.
• Apply a thin glaze of sickly green or yellow-brown over the organic, fleshy areas to suggest infection and corruption beneath the skin.

6. Bases

• Match your warband to a trench or battlefield theme using texture paste, sand, and a mix of dark brown and grey tones. A spot of tufted dead grass or barbed wire completes the look and ties the Disciples of Tet'o to their grim setting.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
