Trench Crusade Style collectors will find the Tet'o Matriarch Servant a deeply unsettling and atmospheric addition to any grimdark warband. This physical resin miniature arrives fully printed, supports already removed, and cleaned and ready for assembly and painting. Standing 53 mm from feet to eyes, this single-figure release depicts a robed, faceless servant figure draped in tattered, hole-ridden vestments. The cowled hood obscures all facial features, hinting at something ancient and unknowable beneath the cloth. Skeletal, tendril-like protrusions crown the hood, suggesting corruption or devotion to a terrible power. The figure clasps a cruciform blade to its chest with gauntleted hands, its posture one of solemn, absolute obedience.

The sculpt, produced by DakkaDakka, rewards close attention. Every fold of the decayed robe flows with quiet menace, and the ragged holes punched through the fabric give the impression of something worn across centuries of service. The back of the figure reveals layered armour panels beneath the outer robe, wrapped in beaded cord, suggesting a warrior-priest or devoted cultist of some forgotten order. The round textured base completes the presentation and ties the piece neatly into any Trench Crusade Style warband or grimdark skirmish collection.

This miniature is ideal for players seeking a mysterious support or character piece for their forces. Its neutral, robed silhouette makes it highly versatile across multiple faction aesthetics. Whether fielded as a healer, a zealot, or a silent arbiter, the Tet'o Matriarch Servant carries a weight of dread that few miniatures of its scale can match. Squad size is one model per pack.

This piece is sculpted in fine-detail resin and ships unpainted. Minor assembly may be required depending on how parts are packaged. Superglue is recommended.

Painting Guide: Trench Crusade Style - Tet'o Matriarch Servant

This guide will help you achieve a grimdark, Trench Crusade Style finish on this haunting servant figure. Take your time with the layering and washes to bring out the texture of the decayed robes and aged armour beneath.

1. Prime

  • Apply a mid-grey or off-white spray primer evenly across the entire model, ensuring the deep folds of the robe and cowl are fully coated.
  • Allow to cure fully before moving to base coats.

2. Armour Base

  • Base coat the outer robes with a pale bone or ivory tone to give the cloth a ghostly, ceremonial quality.
  • Block in the armoured panels on the back with a cold steel or dark iron colour.

3. Trim and Details

  • Paint the beaded cord and collar details in a tarnished bronze or verdigris-touched gold to suggest age and neglect.
  • Pick out the tendril-like crown protrusions in a sickly pale flesh or deep ochre to make them stand apart from the hood.

4. Weapons

  • Base the cruciform blade in dark steel, then edge highlight with a brighter silver along the blade and crossguard.
  • Add a thin glaze of sepia or brown wash into the recesses of the hilt to dirty it appropriately.

5. Weathering

  • Apply a brown wash across the entire robe to settle into the folds and holes, deepening the texture of the worn cloth.
  • Dry brush a lighter bone colour over the robe surface to lift the raised areas and give the cloth a dusty, aged look.

6. Bases

  • Paint the textured base in a dark grey or muddy brown, then dry brush with a lighter stone colour. A small amount of static grass or ash-coloured pigment powder can complete the bleak battlefield feel.
