Space Dwarf Beserkers are the unhinged frontline warriors of the deep void, stocky and supermassive in build, charging into battle with oversized sci-fi axes and brutal close-range weapons. This squad of five physical resin miniatures arrives supports already removed, cleaned, and ready to assemble and paint. Each figure stands at approximately 32mm scale and is sculpted with exceptional detail, from flowing braided hair and thick beards to chunky armoured boots and ornate weapon housings.
The squad includes a variety of dynamic poses: a long-rifle sniper braced for the shot, a heavy gunner cradling a massive sci-fi rotary weapon, a shieldbearer ready to absorb punishment, a crouching brawler with a mechanical fist, and the central champion of the unit hurling a runic axe overhead in a full overhead swing. Every pose captures the wild, unstoppable aggression these warriors are known for.
These Space Dwarf Beserkers are scaled to fit alongside standard 32mm wargaming miniatures, as shown in the size comparison image. They are ideal for grimdark sci-fi skirmish games, narrative campaigns, or as a unique allied detachment in larger wargames. The resin captures fine surface detail cleanly, making them rewarding to paint for hobbyists of all skill levels.
Sculpted by Super Massive Space Dwarfs, this set brings a distinctive character and craftsmanship to the range. Whether you are building a themed warband, reinforcing an existing force with close-combat specialists, or simply collecting characterful miniatures, these Space Dwarf Beserkers deliver personality and presence on the tabletop.
Painting Guide: Space Dwarf Beserkers - Sci-Fi Wargaming Miniatures, 32mmThese miniatures reward bold colour choices and heavy weathering. The following guide is aimed at intermediate painters but works well for beginners too.
1. Prime
- Apply a grey or black spray primer evenly across all surfaces, paying attention to recesses around the beards and weapon details.
- A zenithal highlight with white from above adds natural shading and speeds up subsequent painting steps.
2. Armour Base
- Base coat exposed skin in a deep tan or brown tone and build up highlights with a lighter flesh colour.
- For armoured areas, consider deep navy, dark iron, or burnished bronze to contrast against the skin.
3. Trim and Details
- Pick out rune carvings and weapon housings with a bright gold or brass, then shade with a brown wash to settle the colour into the recesses.
- Beards and hair work well in white, silver-grey, or a warm auburn, drybrushed from a dark base up through lighter tones.
4. Weapons
- Paint axe blades and gun barrels with a dark steel base coat, then edge highlight with a bright silver on the sharpest edges.
- Add energy coils or glowing vents using a bright orange or blue, feathered out with a thin glaze for a power-weapon effect.
5. Weathering
- Apply chipping effects to armour plates using a sponge and dark grey paint, focusing on edges and high-wear areas.
- Streak rust or grime effects downward from rivets and joints using a thin brown-orange wash applied with a fine brush.
6. Bases
- These miniatures suit industrial or asteroid bases. Use textured paste, small gravel, and a dark grey drybrush to evoke a void-world battlefield.
- Finish with a matte varnish across the whole miniature to protect the paintwork and reduce any resin sheen.
This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
