The Pandemic Zombies Squad arrives as a ten-model physical resin set, sculpted with an exceptional level of grimdark detail and ready to assemble and paint straight out of the box. Supports have already been removed and surfaces cleaned, so you can get straight to the hobby the moment it lands on your doorstep. Each model measures 30mm from feet to eyes, giving the squad a suitably grim and menacing presence on the tabletop.

Ten unique poses make up this horde, and each figure tells its own story of corruption and plague. Rotting armour plates cling to decayed frames, exposed viscera wind across torsos, gas-masked heads loll at unnatural angles, and clawed hands reach outward in the grip of infectious madness. Some clutch blades and makeshift weapons, others lunge bare-handed, and one contorts in a horrifying spider-like crawl. Together they paint a vivid picture of a world overtaken by pestilence and walking death.

This set was sculpted by DakkaDakka and carries the same meticulous attention to surface texture and character that runs through their wider range. Every corrupted detail, from blistered skin to rusted buckles, has been captured with care, making these figures a joy to paint and a striking presence in any undead-themed warband or plague horde.

Whether you are building out a large shambling mob or selecting a tighter elite unit of plague-touched warriors, this squad of Pandemic Zombies gives you ten distinct, characterful models to work with. The variety of poses and mutation levels means no two figures feel alike, adding organic chaos to your force.

Painting Guide: Pandemic Zombies Squad x10 - 30mm Resin Miniatures

These models reward a layered approach that builds up grime, decay and sickly tones. Work from the skin outward, letting washes do the heavy lifting on texture and depth before you highlight selectively.

1. Prime

  • Apply a grey or off-white zenithal prime to preserve the sculpted detail and give a natural light source to work from.

2. Skin Base

  • Base the skin in a pale, desaturated tone such as a grey-green or pallid flesh.
  • Wash liberally with a sickly green or dark brown shade to fill recesses and create a cadaverous depth.

3. Armour and Clothing

  • Paint armour plates in dark, weathered tones like khaki, dirty brown, or corroded olive.
  • Wash with a brown or black shade, then drybrush lightly with a lighter tone to pick out edges and damage.

4. Weapons and Details

  • Paint blades and metal parts with a dark steel base, then wash with a rust-brown shade and stipple orange for corrosion.
  • Add splashes of dark red or brown to blades for a blood-and-grime effect.

5. Weathering

  • Use a sponge or stipple brush to add chips and rust streaks across armour and clothing.
  • Glaze patches of exposed flesh with a thin yellow-green or sickly purple to suggest bruising and infection.

6. Bases

  • Texture with a cracked earth or rubble mix, paint dark brown, drybrush with bone or stone, and finish with tufts of dead grass or splashes of dark liquid effect for a blighted wasteland feel.
