Supplied as a physical, pre-printed resin kit. Supports removed. Minor assembly and gap-filling may be required. Plastic glue will not bond resin. Use cyanoacrylate (super glue) for assembly. Paints, tools, and glue are not included.

The following guide is designed to help you recreate the diseased, luminous colour scheme shown in the product images, blending sickly greens, rotting flesh tones, and deep corroded metals for a truly unsettling result.

1. Prime

• Prime the entire model with a grey or bone-coloured primer spray to preserve midtone values across both dark and light surfaces.
• Apply a light zenithal highlight with white primer from directly above to establish natural lighting contrast before any paint is applied.

2. Armour Base

• Basecoat the body and scale-plate armour with a sickly yellow-green such as Plague Monk Brown or Death World Forest, then build up to a highlight of Nurgling Green mixed with Screaming Skull.
• For the lower serpentine robe sections, use Loren Forest shaded with Biel-Tan Green contrast medium, then edge highlight with Moot Green.

3. Trim and Details

• Paint all bone elements, skulls, and exposed wing struts with Ushabti Bone, shade into recesses with Agrax Earthshade, and highlight tips with Screaming Skull.
• Pustules and boils should be stippled in Plaguebearer Flesh, glazed with a thin yellow-green, and given a wet gloss varnish spot to simulate fluid.

4. Weapons

• Basecoat the ritual scythe haft and staff in Skavenblight Dinge, drybrush with Ironbreaker, and wash with Nuln Oil for a corroded metal appearance.
• Paint the magical flame effects at the scythe tip in thin layers of Sotek Green, Kabalite Green, and White Scar at the brightest point to create eerie, otherworldly fire.

5. Weathering

• Apply stippled patches of Typhus Corrosion technical paint across the wings, chains, and metalwork to introduce deep texture and grime.
• Thin Druchii Violet and glaze around the inner wing membranes to introduce bruised, necrotic undertones that deepen the sense of decay.

6. Bases

• Paint the organic base elements in muted greens and yellows, apply a thin gloss medium to pooling areas to simulate stagnant fluid, and add static grass or moss tufts to suggest blighted growth.
