This figure cuts an imposing silhouette on the tabletop. She strides forward with authority, bolt pistol levelled and a sweeping red cape billowing behind her. Her armour is layered with purpose: a silver-blue breastplate adorned with golden trim, a studded leather fauld, articulated gauntlets, and heavy sabatons. Her ornate headdress bears a fleur-de-lis medallion flanked by two cylindrical vanes, marking her rank within the Legio Artemis order. A matching emblem is pressed into her belt buckle and echoed across her wargear, giving the model a strong visual identity that will stand out in any collection or warband.

The rear of the model is equally detailed, with a fully realised backplate bearing a secondary fleur-de-lis, a parchment scroll pinned by a golden skull, and the full sweep of her cape. Every angle holds up to close inspection.

The scheme shown uses a cool silver-blue for the armour, warm gold and brown leather for the trim and fauld, and a vivid red for the cape. Follow the steps below to replicate it or use them as a starting framework for your own colour choices.

1. Prime

• Apply a grey or white spray primer in thin, even coats, ensuring the recesses and undercuts of the headdress and gauntlets are fully covered.
• Allow to cure fully before moving on.

2. Armour Base

• Base the armour plates with a mid-tone blue-grey, such as Stormvermin Fur lightened with a touch of white, or a pre-mixed steel-blue equivalent.
• Apply a controlled wash of blue-black into the panel lines, then layer back up to a light edge highlight on the raised borders of the breastplate and leg guards.

3. Trim and Details

• Base the belt, fauld, and leather straps with a mid-brown, shade with a dark brown wash, and drybrush lightly with a tan highlight.
• For the gold trim, start with a dark metallic brown, build up with bright gold, and finish with a tiny specular highlight of silver on the sharpest edges of the medallions and shoulder rings.

4. Weapons

• Paint the bolt pistol in gunmetal grey, washing with a brown-black mix to suggest wear and age.
• Pick out the small blue display panel on the weapon with a thin coat of electric blue, adding a tiny dot of white for a lit effect.

5. Weathering

• Stipple a thin mix of brown and black around the boot soles and lower leg plates to suggest campaign wear.
• Use a fine brush to add small scratches and chips to the armour in a dark undercoat colour, with a fine silver line on the upper edge of each chip to give them depth.

6. Bases

• The model fits a standard 32mm round base. Texture paste, fine grit, and a muted urban or stone finish complement the cool armour tones without competing with the red cape focal point.
