1. Prime

• Apply a grey or bone spray primer evenly across all surfaces to reveal the deep relief of fur, leather, and armour detailing.
• For Borg, a warm off-white primer helps define the dense fur textures before shading.

2. Armour Base

• Basecoat leather straps and armour panels in a mid-brown tone such as Rhinox Hide or Leather Brown.
• Apply a lighter tan tone to areas of exposed skin and any cloth elements to separate them visually from armour.

3. Trim and Details

• Pick out Celtic knotwork on greaves and cuffs using a fine detail brush loaded with a bright cream or bone colour.
• Skulls and bone trophies benefit from Ushabti Bone as a base, shaded with Agrax Earthshade for depth.
