This physical figurine arrives fully printed, with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready for assembly and painting straight from the box. Standing at an impressive 80mm, the model commands attention on any gaming table or display shelf.

The figure portrays a commanding sorceress in a flowing gown with a high slit, ornate chest armour, long elbow-length gloves, and razor-sharp clawed fingers. Her wild, otherworldly hair surges outward beneath a jagged crown of bone and dark magic. Runic diamond patterns run along her torso, and her sandaled foot is wrapped in criss-cross strapping. Every fold of cloth and strand of hair has been rendered with exceptional precision, making Warriors in War F7 a centrepiece-worthy miniature for any fantasy collection.

This figurine is perfect for use in Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, and other tabletop RPG systems, or simply as a display piece. The single-figure release captures the essence of a dark queen or necromancer archetype, fitting seamlessly into grimdark fantasy settings. Warriors in War sculpts are known for their cinematic quality and fine surface detail, and this Special 1 release is no exception.

Scale: 80mm. Material: high-quality grey resin. Supplied unpainted. Minor assembly may be required. Paints, glue, and tools are not included.

Painting Guide: Warriors in War Special 1 F7 Fantasy Sorceress 80mm

This sorceress rewards a dark, regal colour palette. Deep purples, cold silvers, and pale skin tones will emphasise her sinister nobility. Take your time with the flowing fabric and hair to achieve maximum visual impact on the tabletop.

1. Prime

  • Apply a thin, even coat of black or dark grey primer to capture shadow in the recesses of the gown and hair.
  • A zenithal highlight with white or bone primer from above will help map out light sources before painting begins.

2. Armour Base

  • Base the chest armour and body suit in a deep charcoal or dark purple such as Naggaroth Night or Incubi Darkness.
  • Highlight progressively with lighter purple-grey tones, building up to a near-white edge highlight on the sharpest ridges.

3. Trim and Details

  • Paint the runic diamond motifs on the torso in cold silver or pale gold, then wash with Nuln Oil for depth.
  • Edge highlight the crown with bright silver or mithril to make it pop against the dark hair.

4. Skin and Face

  • Base skin in a pale ivory tone such as Pallid Wych Flesh, then wash with a light purple-grey ink for an otherworldly pallor.
  • Add subtle warm highlights to the cheekbones and forehead, keeping the overall tone cold and ethereal.

5. Weathering

  • Apply a thin glaze of dark blue-green around the lower hem of the gown to suggest the ground presence of dark magic.
  • Lightly drybrush the hair with bone or pale gold to separate the individual strands and add visual texture.

6. Base

  • Finish the integral square base with dark stone texture paint, dry-brushed light grey, then add a moss or rune-carved scatter effect to reinforce the grimdark fantasy theme.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
