Warriors in War - Special 1 - F2 is a stunning 80mm resin fantasy figurine depicting a winged celestial warrior standing atop a shattered stone plinth. This physical miniature arrives fully printed in high-detail resin, with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready for assembly and painting. Every feather on the sweeping pair of great wings has been individually sculpted with remarkable precision, capturing the power and grace of a divine combatant poised between mercy and judgment.

The figure wears a flowing gown beneath a sculpted breastplate adorned with ornate celestial engravings and a chain detail at the waist. Her arms are outstretched, one open in a gesture of command, and her expression carries the weight of ancient authority. The rocky base adds dynamic height and battlefield atmosphere, making this miniature a centrepiece-worthy addition to any fantasy RPG collection including Dungeons and Dragons or Pathfinder campaigns.

Warriors in War figures are designed for serious adult hobbyists who demand the highest level of sculptural detail. Standing at 80mm, this single-figure release offers incredible presence on the tabletop or display shelf. The resin captures fine surface textures across the gown, armour, feathers, and stonework, giving painters a rich canvas of raised and recessed detail to bring to life with washes, drybrushing, and freehand work.

This release is part of the Special 1 series and is suitable for use in fantasy wargames, RPG sessions, and as a standalone painted display piece. The figurine ships as a physical resin kit ready to assemble and paint.

Painting Guide: Warriors in War - Special 1 - F2, 80mm Fantasy Figurine

This guide will help you achieve a dramatic, divine aesthetic for your Warriors in War celestial figure. Work in thin, controlled layers and allow each stage to fully cure before proceeding.

1. Prime

  • Apply a zenithal prime using black from below and white from above to pre-shade the figure naturally.
  • Allow the prime coat to cure fully before applying any colour.

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat the breastplate and waist chain in a cool silver grey such as Vallejo Model Color Cold Grey.
  • Apply a thin wash of Nuln Oil or Agrax Earthshade into recesses to define panel edges and engravings.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out the ornate engravings on the breastplate with a fine brush using a pale gold or bone tone for celestial contrast.
  • Highlight raised edges on armour with a bright silver or white metal to simulate heavenly light catching the surface.

4. Wings

  • Basecoat the wings in off-white or pale ivory, then wash gently with a diluted blue-grey to shade feather separations.
  • Drybrush progressively lighter whites from mid to tip, finishing with pure white on outer feather edges for a radiant look.

5. Weathering

  • Apply very light streaking grime in thin lines along the gown using a brown wash to suggest age and wear.
  • Add faint chipping to armour edges using a small sponge and dark brown to ground the divine figure in battle-worn reality.

6. Base

  • Drybrush the shattered stone plinth in light grey and pale bone tones to suggest ancient crumbling rock.
  • Add tufts, mossy flock, or fine grit around the base edges to complete the battlefield atmosphere.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
