Waifumon Bufelia is a striking 160mm scale resin miniature, arriving as a fully physical cast with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready for assembly and painting straight from the box. This bold, expressive sculpt captures a fantasy pin-up character mid-laugh, one hand raised in a salute, radiating attitude and energy across every carefully rendered surface. The figure stands approximately 160mm tall and features a dynamic pose that rewards viewing from every angle.

The sculpt by SiryllArt delivers exceptional surface detail throughout, from the flowing teal hair and layered outfit to the thigh straps, platform boots, and baton accessory held in her right hand. The rear of the figure is equally detailed, with a backless crop jacket, fitted mini skirt, and textured knee-high socks that all translate beautifully under a brush. Every element of Waifumon Bufelia has been crafted with the serious hobby painter in mind, offering deep shadows, crisp edges, and organic skin surfaces that hold washes and glazes with precision.

This miniature ships as a physical resin piece, not a digital file. It is intended for adult hobbyists who enjoy painting and displaying high-quality fantasy collectibles. The level of sculptural detail makes it a rewarding centrepiece project for painters of intermediate to advanced skill level. Assembly may be required depending on the number of components included in your order.

Each unit has been cast in high-quality grey resin, inspected for quality, and packaged securely for safe delivery. The Waifumon range is designed to celebrate expressive character design with a grimdark fantasy edge, and Bufelia is one of the most personality-driven sculpts in the collection.

Painting Guide: Waifumon Bufelia - 160mm Scale Resin Miniature

This guide is tailored to help you get the most out of Bufelia's rich surface detail, from her skin tones to her teal outfit and bold accessories.

1. Prime

  • Clean the model with isopropyl alcohol before priming to remove any residue from the casting process.
  • Apply a thin, even coat of grey or white spray primer, allowing full coverage across all recessed areas.
  • Let cure fully before applying any paint.

2. Skin Base

  • Apply a warm mid-tone base such as Cadian Fleshtone or Vallejo Basic Skintone across all exposed skin areas.
  • Shade with a diluted brown or orange-brown wash to define the anatomy and shadow regions around the chest, face, and legs.

3. Outfit and Armour

  • Base coat the bra, skirt, and jacket in a deep teal such as Sotek Green or Vallejo Turquoise.
  • Highlight raised edges with a lighter teal or mix in white incrementally to build contrast on the outfit panels.

4. Trim and Details

  • Paint the choker ring and belt hardware in gold using Retributor Armour or a similar metallic, then shade with Agrax Earthshade for an aged look.
  • Apply the thigh straps and boot details in gloss black, then edge highlight in mid-grey to suggest leather.

5. Weapons

  • Base the baton in black and drybrush with dark steel to suggest a worn metal surface.
  • Add a subtle gloss varnish to the boots and baton for a contrasting sheen against the matte outfit.

6. Weathering

  • Apply stippled brown and grey tones to the boot soles and lower legs to suggest field wear.
  • Use a fine brush to dot small scratches onto the belt buckle and baton for a battle-worn finish.

7. Bases

  • Mount on a round display base and texture with fine sand or cork, painted in neutral stone tones to complement the teal colour scheme without competing with the figure.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
