Victoria The Bronze Falconess arrives as a single physical resin miniature, standing 32mm from feet to eyes, cast in clean grey resin with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready to assemble and paint straight from the box. Supplied unpainted.

This is a commanding battlefield leader sculpted in a confident, dynamic pose, one leg raised as she strides forward, bolt pistol levelled and flanged mace raised, her red cape caught mid-sweep behind her. Ornate power armour covers every surface in layered plates, decorated with winged eagles, purity seals, and gem-set medallions. A crested helmet with twin gold wing finials frames her face, and her backpack unit is packed with exhaust vents and mechanical detail that rewards close-up painting as much as tabletop display.

The kit comprises 10 parts and includes a generous weapon loadout with interchangeable arms: a flanged mace, a bolt pistol, a broadsword, a battle axe, and a second sword, giving you full control over her final loadout and silhouette. She is mounted on a sculpted tree-stump base that lifts her clear of the battlefield for a true centrepiece presence on any display shelf or warzone board.

The colour scheme shown uses a cool blue-grey armour base with warm brass-gold trim, a deep crimson cape, and rich brown leather, a palette that balances cold military steel against warm devotional ornament. The guide below follows that approach closely.

1. Prime

• Apply a flat black primer coat for maximum shadow depth across the recessed armour panels and under the cape.
• Follow with a zenithal light grey mist from above to pre-shade the raised surfaces and speed up later highlights.

2. Armour Base

• Base coat all armour plates in a blue-grey tone such as The Fang or Mechanicus Standard Grey, applied thinly in two coats to preserve surface detail.
• Shade the recesses with a blue-black wash such as Nuln Oil, then re-establish the mid-tone on flat panels before edge highlighting with a lighter grey-blue on every raised rim.

3. Trim and Details

• Paint all trim, eagles, medallions, and helmet finials with Retributor Armour or equivalent gold base, shaded with Agrax Earthshade into the recesses.
• Highlight the gold edges with Liberator Gold and pick out the highest points with a touch of Stormhost Silver to give the brass a warm metallic sheen.

4. Weapons

• Paint the mace haft and pistol housing in a dark metal base such as Leadbelcher, washed with Nuln Oil, then drybrushed lightly with Ironbreaker for a worn service finish.
• The mace head can be painted with a darker iron tone to differentiate it from the gilded trim, giving it a heavier, functional feel compared to the ornamental fittings.

5. Weathering

• Apply a light stipple of chipping along the armour edges using a torn blister foam and a dark brown-black mix, focusing on knee and shoulder plates where battlefield wear would concentrate.
• Streak thin lines of brown wash downward from bolt holes and exhaust vents on the backpack to suggest oil staining and grime accumulation over long campaigns.

6. Bases

• Paint the tree stump in a warm mid-brown, wash with Agrax Earthshade, then drybrush progressively lighter brown up to a bone highlight on the topmost grain lines, finishing with scattered tufts of green flock around the roots for contrast against the cool armour palette.
