The Forgotten Champions range brings you Ridix Conqueror, a massively built dwarf fighter sculpted with extraordinary detail by Haito. This resin miniature stands ready to dominate the battlefield, wielding a rune-etched greataxe in one hand and a devastating maul raised high in the other, his horned helmet and spiked pauldrons marking him as a warlord of brutal renown.

Ridix cuts an imposing silhouette, his broad frame clad in layered fur and riveted plate armour, a round shield strapped to his back and runes carved into every weapon he carries. His war cry is frozen mid-roar, mouth open, eyes burning with savage focus. The scenic base features shattered stone and crushed skull fragments beneath his ironclad boots, adding grim narrative weight to every angle of the model.

Sculpted by Haito, this piece sits within the Forgotten Champions dwarf faction and captures the raw, unrelenting power of a warrior who has never known retreat. The level of surface texture across the chainmail, fur trim, leather wrappings and weapon engravings makes this an outstanding centrepiece or squad leader for any fantasy skirmish collection.

Supplied as a high-resolution resin 3D print on a 50mm round base. Suitable for 28mm to 32mm scale tabletop systems. Requires assembly and painting. Not suitable for children under 14 years.

Painting Guide: Ridix Conqueror - Dwarf Fighter

This guide will help you bring the Forgotten Champions aesthetic to life across Ridix's heavily textured armour, weapons and fur layers using a grimdark palette of cold irons, aged leathers and battle-worn metals.

1. Prime

  • Apply a zenithal prime using black from below and grey from above to pre-shade all the deep recesses across the armour and fur surfaces

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat plate armour in a dark steel grey, leaving deep recesses dark
  • Apply a cold blue-black wash across all plate sections to build shadow depth

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out rivets, belt buckle and pauldron spikes in a tarnished brass or aged bronze
  • Paint the fur trim with a warm mid-brown, shaded with a deep sepia wash and drybrushed with pale bone

4. Weapons

  • Paint axe and maul heads in dark iron, highlighted with silver along the blade edges
  • Fill the carved runes with a glowing amber or green to suggest ancient magical inscription

5. Weathering

  • Stipple chipping fluid or sponge dark brown and black across armour edges for battle wear
  • Apply a rust wash to the lower armour plates and boots to suggest long campaigns in harsh terrain, keeping the Forgotten Champions feel raw and brutal

6. Bases

  • Paint shattered stone in cool grey with a black wash, highlight cracked edges in off-white, and add a touch of dried blood around the skull fragments for grim narrative detail
