Rat Clan hierarchy is built on cunning, cruelty, and relentless ambition, and the Shift Supervisor Three-Armed stands as a perfect embodiment of that ruthless order. Perched atop a jagged rocky base, this hooded overseer surveys the work below, clutching a strange stone or jewel aloft as both prize and warning. At 32mm from eyes to feet, this Rat Clan figure is compact but radiates authority, directing lesser beings with a presence sharpened by mutation and menace.

The creature’s three arms tell a story of unnatural evolution—one grips a crude blade for swift punishment, another wields a heavy hammer to enforce discipline, while the third raises its prize high, as if drawing power or issuing silent command. In Rat Clan fashion, nothing is wasted; every limb serves purpose, every motion reinforces dominance. The layered cloak and deep hood obscure much of its face, adding an air of secrecy and calculation to its already threatening form.

Strapped to its back is a standard pole, though no banner flies. Instead, two horizontal spars hold dangling trinkets—tokens of rank, scavenged relics, or warnings to those who would challenge its authority. Around its waist, belts sag under the weight of pouches, a dangling skull, and tools of both trade and treachery. Even the rocky base is littered with detail, including a discarded pickaxe that hints at the endless labour this overseer commands.

On the battlefield, the Shift Supervisor acts as both enforcer and opportunist. It pushes lesser fighters forward while staying just behind the line, striking where weakness appears. Rat Clan leaders thrive in chaos, and this figure is no exception—its presence amplifies disorder, turning disorganised skirmishes into calculated ambushes. It is not the strongest, but it is always watching, always waiting.

Visually, this miniature is a striking blend of industrial grit and dark mysticism. The combination of tools, weaponry, and symbolic artefacts makes it an ideal centrepiece for narrative-driven forces. Whether leading from the shadows or scavenging among the fallen, this Rat Clan supervisor brings depth, character, and menace to any grimdark collection.

This set consists of ready-to-assemble parts. Super glue is best for assembly.

  • Apply washes of black and brown to deepen recesses and unify the Rat Clan aesthetic.

4. Weapons

  • Blade and hammer can be painted with worn steel effects and rust patches.
  • Add subtle glow effects to the raised stone or jewel for a mysterious energy source.

  • Apply chipping and scratches to weapons and metal areas.
