The Porkaz Grorks Build Kit arrives as a build kit to make a squad of five physical resin miniatures, each standing 32mm from feet to eyes, cast in clean grey resin with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready to assemble and paint straight from the box. Supplied unpainted.

The full kit contains 64 unique parts, giving you an exceptionally rewarding build with real depth of customisation. You receive 8 heads, 10 bodies and pairs of legs, and 38 hands and arms covering a wide spread of melee weapons, ranged options, shields, and expressive bare hands. Every greenskin in your warband can look genuinely distinct, posed and armed however you see fit. The sculpts carry all the brutal character you would expect from hulking greenskin warriors: patchwork armour plates, crude trophies, skull motifs, and raw aggressive energy in every pose.

This build kit has been sculpted by DakkaDakka, and sits comfortably alongside the wider Porkaz range for players who want a cohesive warband with varied loadouts across the squad.

Assemble on a flat surface and dry-fit all parts before applying any adhesive. A cyanoacrylate glue is recommended for clean resin-to-resin bonds. The 32mm scale fits naturally alongside most popular fantasy and grimdark wargame systems.

Painting Guide: Porkaz Grorks - Build Kit - 32mm Resin Miniatures

These greenskin warriors reward a punchy, high-contrast paint scheme with heavy weathering to reinforce their brutal, scavenged aesthetic. The steps below will carry you from bare resin to a finished squad ready for the tabletop.

1. Prime

  • Prime with a grey or black zenithal spray to establish light and shadow before any paint is applied.
  • Allow the primer to cure fully before moving on, especially in recessed areas around armour plates and belts.

2. Armour Base

  • Base the armour plates in a dark metallic such as Leadbelcher or Scale75 Black Metal, applied in smooth, even coats.
  • Wash the entire armour surface with a dark brown or black wash to deepen the recesses and bring out the riveted detail.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out leather straps and belts in a mid-brown, highlighted up toward a warm tan at raised edges.
  • Paint any bone trophies and skulls in an off-white base, shaded with a diluted brown wash, then edge-highlighted with pure white.

4. Weapons

  • Basecoat bladed weapons in a bright silver metallic, then apply a targeted rust wash along the lower half of each blade.
  • For gunmetal mechanical parts, drybrush lightly with a light silver to catch raised edges and give a worn, used appearance.

5. Weathering

  • Stipple a dark brown around lower armour plates and boot areas to suggest mud and grime from the campaign trail.
  • Apply small chips to armour edges using a sponge or fine brush loaded with a dark grey, then re-highlight the chip edge with a pale silver to simulate exposed metal beneath.

6. Bases

  • Texture the base with a dark earth paste or fine sand, paint in a mid-brown, drybrush with a sandy highlight, and finish with tufts or static grass to ground the models on the tabletop.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
