“She keeps her father's oath carved into the axe haft, though the ash has long since filled the letters in.”
Odin Daughter 4

The Odin Daughter 4 is a fierce Norse warrior miniature, arriving as a fully printed and cleaned physical resin figure ready for assembly and painting. She stands in a bold, battle-ready pose, a broad double-headed axe gripped firmly at her side and a round Celtic-knotwork shield raised at her shoulder. Her wild cascade of long, golden hair tumbles freely behind her, and layered fur-trimmed boots, a studded belt, and a fur-edged skirt complete her warrior's silhouette. The rune-inscribed base adds a fitting mythological weight to the whole piece.

Supplied unpainted.

This listing is for a single physical resin miniature. Supports have already been removed and the figure cleaned, so she arrives ready to assemble and paint straight away. She stands approximately 32mm to eye level, in keeping with the rest of the range.

Sculpted by Mini Realms, this figure is part of their popular Norse warrior series and displays the same level of detail and dynamic character found across the full lineup.

Whether you are building a dedicated Norse warband, expanding a display collection, or painting a centrepiece figure for a campaign, the Odin Daughter 4 brings real presence to any shelf or gaming table.

Painting Guide: Odin Daughter 4 - Norse Resin Miniature

The colour-rendered preview image is a useful reference throughout. Work from large areas down to fine details, and keep your layers thin to preserve the crisp surface texture of the resin.

1. Prime

  • Apply a grey or zenithal prime (dark grey from below, light grey or white from above) to establish shadow and highlight before any colour goes down.
  • Allow the primer to cure fully before moving on.

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat the breastplate and belt fittings with a warm bronze or gold, such as Retributor Armour or Scale75 Dwarven Gold.
  • Paint the fur-trimmed boots and skirt edging with an off-white or pale cream, then shade the recesses with a diluted brown wash.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out the knotwork on the shield face with a deep red basecoat, then highlight up through a mid-red to orange-red on the raised edges.
  • Paint the shield boss and rivets in the same gold tone used on the armour to tie the palette together.

4. Weapons

  • Basecoat the axe head with a dark metallic such as Leadbelcher or Vallejo Gunmetal, then apply a thin black wash to deepen the recesses.
  • Drybrush the blade edge lightly with a bright silver to suggest a sharpened, worn edge.

5. Weathering

  • Stipple thin patches of brown and orange onto the boots and lower armour to suggest mud and wear from the battlefield.
  • Add fine scratches and chips to the shield using a torn piece of blister foam dabbed with a dark metal tone, then edged with bright silver.

6. Bases

  • Paint the rune border in a deep stone grey, then pick out each individual rune glyph with a warm amber or orange glow effect to echo the rendered preview.
  • Drybrush the textured ground area with a light stone or bone colour and finish with a few tufts of static grass for a Nordic battlefield feel.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
