Assassin Nyx Ghostveil stalks the void between worlds, a ghost wrapped in sleek combat armour and engineered for silent, lethal precision. This 75mm resin figurine arrives as a single physical miniature, supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready for assembly and painting. She stands poised on a sculpted display base, armed with a compact sidearm and dressed in form-fitting tactical plating layered over a bodysuit threaded with tubing and hardened knee guards. Every rivet, buckle, and connector has been captured with crisp detail across her full 75mm height.

The sculpt draws on a grimdark sci-fi aesthetic, evoking covert operatives and shadow factions operating far beyond sanctioned law. Her helmet visor reflects a world of cold corridors and fractured alliances, and the subtle skull motif worked into the faceplate hints at an operative who has long since left mercy behind. Assassin Nyx Ghostveil is a solo character piece and makes a commanding centrepiece for any dark-future collection or skirmish warband display.

This is a physical resin hobby miniature produced for adult collectors and wargamers. It is not a toy and does not include paint, glue, or tools. Minor flash or mould lines may be present and can be removed with a hobby knife before priming. Supplied unpainted and ready to bring to life with your chosen palette.

Scale: 75mm. Squad size: single figure. Sculptor: not specified.

Painting Guide: Assassin Nyx Ghostveil, Figurine 75mm, Sci-Fi Fantasy

The following guide will help you bring Assassin Nyx Ghostveil to life with a cohesive, atmospheric finish that matches the grimdark sci-fi tone of the sculpt. Work in thin layers and allow each stage to dry fully before moving on.

1. Prime

  • Apply a zenithal prime using black from below and light grey from directly above to establish natural shadows and highlights across all armour panels and body surfaces.
  • Allow to cure fully before applying any basecoat, as resin benefits from a thorough prime to avoid paint adhesion issues.

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat all hard armour plating in a cold, desaturated blue-grey such as Mechanicus Standard Grey or equivalent.
  • Apply a second thin coat to the raised panels only, lightening slightly with off-white to create subtle contrast between recessed joins and exposed plate surfaces.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out tubing, connector points, buckles, and harness straps in a dark metallic, using Leadbelcher or a similar gunmetal tone.
  • Add a fine edge highlight in bright silver to the most prominent raised edges of shoulder plates, knee guards, and helmet rim.

4. Weapons

  • Basecoat the sidearm in a deep charcoal black, then apply a thin directional highlight along the barrel and grip edges in dark steel.
  • Add a faint heat-stain effect near the muzzle using thin glazes of amber and purple, blending outward toward the barrel mid-point.

5. Weathering

  • Apply a thinned brown or black wash into all recesses, panel lines, and joint areas to deepen shadows and reinforce the worn operative aesthetic.
  • Use a fine brush to stipple chipped paint effects in dark brown near impact-prone edges such as knees, elbows, and the helmet brow.

6. Bases

  • Paint the supplied round display base in a dark industrial tone, such as cold black with a subtle grey drybrush, to keep focus on the figure itself.
  • Optionally add small details such as cracked floor texture paint or spot colour with a hazard stripe to reinforce the sci-fi setting.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
