Azazel Demon from Print Fantasy is a towering, single-miniature resin figure standing approximately 80mm tall, sculpted with exceptional detail and menace. This physical resin miniature arrives with supports already removed, cleaned, and ready for assembly and painting. The figure depicts a skeletal demonic warlord draped in a tattered, flowing cloak adorned with skull motifs at the belt and knee guards. Razor-edged pauldrons frame a gaunt, exposed ribcage, while elongated clawed gauntlets reach outward in a pose of malevolent authority. Every surface rewards careful study, from the weathered fabric folds to the bone-carved armour panels beneath.

The base is richly detailed with scattered bones, a partial skeleton, and twisting cloth debris rising up around the figure's feet, giving the impression of a lord of the dead striding through the aftermath of slaughter. The dynamic pose conveys both power and predatory stillness, making Azazel Demon from Print Fantasy a centrepiece-worthy addition to any fantasy tabletop collection. It is fully compatible as a proxy for necromantic or demonic commanders in a wide range of fantasy RPG and skirmish systems, including Dungeons and Dragons and Pathfinder campaigns.

Squad size is a single heroic character model. The sculptor has achieved a striking balance between skeletal horror and armoured menace, resulting in a figure that reads clearly at tabletop distance while rewarding close-up display painting. Fine panel lines, recessed rune-like engravings, and layered cloth textures give advanced painters plenty of room to apply advanced techniques.

Painting Guide: Azazel Demon from Print Fantasy, Figurine 80mm, Fantasy RPG Dungeons And Dragons, Pathfinder proxy

This guide is designed for hobbyists who want to bring out the full menace of this skeletal demon warlord. Whether you are aiming for a quick tabletop standard or a display-quality centrepiece, the steps below will guide you through an effective workflow for Azazel Demon from Print Fantasy.

1. Prime

  • Apply a black spray primer as the base coat to help shadows settle naturally into the recesses of the armour and cloak.
  • Follow with a zenithal highlight of grey from directly above to pre-shade the raised surfaces before applying colour.

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat the bone armour panels with a mid-tone cream such as Zandri Dust or Ushabti Bone, keeping paint thin and controlled.
  • Apply a generous wash of Agrax Earthshade or Seraphim Sepia into all recesses to deepen shadows across the ribcage and pauldrons.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out skull ornaments on the belt and knee guards with a lighter bone highlight, building up to near-white on the sharpest edges.
  • Paint the cloak fabric in a deep charcoal or dark navy, washing heavily and edge highlighting with a desaturated grey.

4. Weapons

  • Basecoat any metallic or bladed elements with a dark iron such as Leadbelcher, then wash with Nuln Oil for depth.
  • Dry-brush lightly with Necron Compound to restore edge highlights on clawed gauntlets and armour spikes.

5. Weathering

  • Stipple a thin mix of brown and black at the hem of the cloak and around the feet to suggest accumulated grime and dried blood.
  • Add fine scratches to armour plates using a small detail brush and a light silver tone for battle-worn realism.

6. Bases

  • Drybrush the sculpted base with pale grey over a dark brown undercoat to bring out the scattered bones and debris.
  • Add a spot colour such as deep red or sickly green on the skull details of the base to tie the model visually to a chosen faction palette.
