The Hell Elite collection arrives as a set of physical resin miniatures scaled at 32mm, each one dripping with infernal detail and sculpted for maximum tabletop impact. This squad of elite hellish warriors is built for dark fantasy and grimdark RPG campaigns, bringing a terrifying front line to any encounter. Every piece in this set has had its supports removed and been cleaned and sanded where needed, so it arrives ready to assemble and paint straight out of the box.

This set contains four distinct models inferred from the imagery. The first is a towering winged demon lord bristling with horns, claws, and a chest adorned with a screaming skull face, arms raised in fury. The second is a hulking skull-faced mass creature erupting from a pile of tormented skulls. The third is a robed skeletal necromancer carrying a lantern and a long staff, standing atop a base swarming with demonic faces. The fourth is a heavily armoured infernal brute wearing a horned helmet and wielding a jagged cleaver, with a claw arm and skull trophies across its chest. Every Hell Elite model is cast in high-detail grey resin and stands ready for your brush.

These miniatures are compatible with most 32mm scale tabletop systems and work perfectly as elite enemies, boss encounters, or centrepiece models. The level of sculpt detail rewards careful painting and makes each piece a genuine showcase model on the table. Whether you field them as a unified squad or use individual pieces as standalone encounters, the Hell Elite set delivers genuine presence and menace across any battlefield.

Models are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Some minor assembly may be required. Superglue is recommended. Painting materials are not included.

Painting Guide: Hell Elite - Fantasy RPG Miniatures, 32mm Scale

The following guide is written to help you bring your Hell Elite models to life with a fiery infernal colour scheme that suits their demonic origins and grimdark aesthetic.

1. Prime

  • Apply a black spray primer as your base coat across all models to give depth to the recesses and anchor all subsequent layers.
  • For a warmer tone on skin areas, consider a quick zenithal highlight in dark red from above after the black base has dried.

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat armoured plates with a dark iron or gunmetal grey, applied thinly in two coats for even coverage.
  • Block in exposed flesh or demonic skin with a deep crimson or dark burgundy to establish the infernal palette.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out skull motifs, bone details, and chains in a pale bone colour such as Zandri Dust or Rakarth Flesh, then shade with Agrax Earthshade.
  • Highlight the horns and claws by drybrushing with a lighter cream tone, focusing on tips and edges.

4. Weapons

  • Paint blades and claws with a dark steel base, then edge highlight with a bright silver to give them a chipped and battle-worn look.
  • Add a thin glaze of red or orange over weapon edges to suggest heat and hellfire imbued into the metal.

5. Weathering

  • Apply a wash of Nuln Oil over all metallic areas and a wash of Carroburg Crimson into the deeper recesses of skin and flesh tones.
  • Stipple small patches of orange and yellow onto flesh areas near the mouth and eyes to suggest an internal infernal glow.

6. Bases

  • Paint the base rubble in dark stone grey, wash with Agrax Earthshade, and drybrush with Administratum Grey for a ruined ground effect.
  • Add a small amount of orange or red contrast paint into cracks to imply cooling lava or hellfire seeping through the rock beneath.
