1. Prime

• Apply a black or dark grey primer across the entire model for deep shadow coverage.
• Follow with a light zenithal dusting of white or pale grey from above to pre-shade raised surfaces.

2. Armour Base

• Apply a deep black or dark navy base coat across all armour panels.
• Edge highlight with cold grey or blue-grey to define the angular plate lines.

3. Trim and Details

• Paint bone or ivory tones onto the wing membranes, building up from a mid-tone base.
• Apply a soft wash of sepia or brown shade into the recesses of robes and organic surfaces.

4. Weapons

• Basecoat weapon shafts in dark metal using gunmetal or dark steel paint.
• Highlight barrels and edges with bright silver, then glaze over with a blue or purple ink for an otherworldly sheen.

5. Weathering

• Drybrush light grey or off-white across the wing tips and cloak hems to simulate wear.
