Sci-fi hobbyists looking for a grimdark cultist warband will find everything they need in this set of 19 pre-assembled physical resin miniatures. Each figure in the Gomorrah Idolaters Squad arrives with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready for assembly where needed and painting straight out of the box. These are not digital files and require no printing on your part.

The squad spans a full range of roles, from robed gunners carrying bulky sci-fi rifles to close-combat fighters armed with long blades and shields. Several models wear ornate horned helms and layered armour plates over flowing coats, giving the warband a distinct fanatical aesthetic suited to any grimdark tabletop setting. Each miniature stands approximately 30 mm from feet to eyes and is mounted on a 32 mm round base, making them compatible with most popular wargame systems.

Nineteen unique sculpts are included in a single squad set, covering multiple weapon loadouts and dynamic poses. Whether you are building a dedicated Sci-fi cultist force or adding depth to a larger warband, these models provide strong visual variety. Sculptor DakkaDakka has produced clean, characterful resin casts with well-defined surface detail throughout, from studded leather straps to intricate chest insignia and weapon scopes.

These physical resin miniatures are supplied unpainted. Paints, glue, and any additional hobby tools are sold separately.

Painting Guide: Sci-Fi Chaos Cultist Miniatures - Gomorrah Idolaters Squad

The following guide is designed to help you achieve a cohesive, battle-worn look across all 19 models in the squad using widely available hobby paints.

1. Prime

  • Apply a grey or black spray primer in thin, even coats, ensuring all recesses are covered before proceeding.

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat armour plates with a deep charcoal or dark steel colour.
  • Apply a secondary basecoat of dark purple or burgundy to robes and coats for contrast against the metallic armour.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out trim, clasps, and insignia with a bright gold or brass tone.
  • Use a pale bone or off-white for any exposed wrappings or sashes.

4. Weapons

  • Paint rifle housings in a dark gunmetal, then drybrush lightly with silver to bring out raised edges.
  • Add spot colour to energy cells or scope lenses using a bright green or blue glaze.

5. Weathering

  • Apply a dark brown wash across all surfaces to deepen recesses and unify the palette.
  • Stipple chipped paint effects onto armour edges using a sponge or old brush loaded with a darker shade.

6. Bases

  • Texture the 32 mm bases with fine sand or basing paste, paint in dark earth tones, and finish with a light drybrush and tufts to complement the squad's grimdark theme.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
