“She keeps a ledger of names under the hat's brim, each one crossed through once the debt is collected. The pack on her back hums even when the ash falls silent, and that silence never lasts long.”
Agentess Kathryn de Cisneros

Agentess Kathryn de Cisneros arrives as a single physical resin miniature, standing 32mm from feet to eyes, cast in clean grey resin with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready to assemble and paint straight from the box.

This is a lone operative built for the darkest corners of a grimdark imperium, the kind of agent who closes cases that never appear in official records. She strides forward mid-mission, bolt pistol levelled in one hand and a broad infantry sword trailing low in the other, her long coat swept open by the momentum of her advance. A wide-brimmed hat sits low over her face, and a mechanical power pack rides her back, its coiled tubes and vented housing hinting at augmentation beneath the leather and plate. Belt rigs, layered buckles, and riveted panels fill out the silhouette, giving her the look of someone who has modified her kit across a dozen campaigns. The sculpt captures real movement and weight, from the tension in her shooting arm to the loose swing of her blade hand.

Sculpted by DakkaDakka, this piece sits comfortably alongside their wider range of grimdark infantry characters and makes an excellent centrepiece, hero model, or inquisitorial agent for any dark sci-fi warband or skirmish game.

Agentess Kathryn de Cisneros is supplied unpainted. Assembly may be required depending on pose and base attachment. Paints, glue, and tools are sold separately.

Painting Guide: Agentess Kathryn de Cisneros

The colour scheme shown in the product renders leans on deep charcoal armour, warm brown leather, burnished brass trim, and a red underlayer skirt. The guide below walks you through recreating that look.

1. Prime

  • Apply a black or dark grey zenithal prime to establish deep shadows across the armour panels and coat.
  • A light grey mist from above will pre-shade the raised edges and save time during layering.

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat all hard armour plates with a dark charcoal grey such as Mechanicus Standard Grey or equivalent.
  • Layer up with a slightly lighter mid-grey on raised edges, then apply a thin black wash into the recesses to deepen panel lines.

3. Trim and Details

  • Paint all buckles, rivets, and shoulder trim in a warm bronze or brass tone, then shade with a brown wash to knock back the brightness.
  • The leather coat, straps, and boots work well in a medium brown base, shaded dark brown, and highlighted with a tan edge line.
  • Basecoat the hat in near-black, then dry-brush a dark grey across the brim for subtle texture.

4. Weapons

  • Basecoat the bolt pistol and sword in Leadbelcher or a similar cold metallic silver.
  • Wash both with a dark ink to bring out mechanical detail, then edge highlight with a brighter silver on the blade to suggest a sharpened edge.

5. Weathering

  • Stipple a very thin mix of brown and orange along armour lower edges to suggest dust and rust streaking from field use.
  • Add fine nicks and scratches to the sword blade using a small silver drybrush or thin highlight line along chipped areas.

6. Bases

  • A cracked urban stone base or dark cobblestone texture suits the operative theme. Drybrush with a warm grey highlight and add a spot of dark red or brown wash in the gaps for grime.
