The 2nd Death Division Grenadier Squad brings five battle-hardened soldiers to your tabletop, each sculpted with grim authority and clad in heavy trench coats, sealed respirator helmets, and layered combat armour that speaks of countless void-side campaigns. These physical resin miniatures arrive supports already removed and ready to assemble and paint, scaled at 30mm from feet to eyes for compatibility with the most popular grimdark sci-fi rulesets.

Each trooper in the squad carries a distinct weapons loadout across the five poses: a sergeant-equivalent figure armed with a pistol and chainblade, two soldiers levelling assault rifles, one marksman braced with a long-rifle, and a heavy weapons carrier holding a support gun at the hip. The backs of every miniature are as detailed as the fronts, featuring bulky field packs, cabling, pouches, and communication aerials that reward careful brush work from every angle.

The 2nd Death Division Grenadier Squad is cast in high-resolution grey resin that captures fine surface textures including riveted armour panels, stitched coat seams, and mechanical helmet details. There is minimal cleanup required. These figures suit collectors, narrative players, and competitive wargamers looking for a cohesive infantry unit with strong visual identity and excellent tabletop presence.

Squad contains five unique miniatures on individual oval bases. Supplied unpainted and unassembled where applicable. Glue and paint are not included.

Painting Guide: 2nd Death Division Grenadier Squad x 5 - Sci-Fi Wargaming Miniatures

The following guide walks you through a recommended method for painting your 2nd Death Division Grenadier Squad in a cold, authoritarian colour scheme suited to elite void troops.

1. Prime

  • Apply a thin, even coat of grey or black spray primer across all five figures.
  • Allow full curing time of at least one hour before proceeding.

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat the hard armour plates in a deep slate grey or cold blue-grey.
  • Apply a mid-grey over the trench coat fabric using a drybrush to separate cloth from armour visually.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out helmet lenses, aerials, and piping in a dark brass or aged bronze to suggest worn military hardware.
  • Use a deep red or muted rust tone on any accent straps or insignia to add faction colour without breaking the grim palette.

4. Weapons

  • Basecoat all firearms in dark steel or gunmetal, then highlight the raised edges with a lighter silver.
  • Paint the chainblade teeth in a worn bone or aged steel to suggest heavy use in close combat.

5. Weathering

  • Apply a thinned brown or black wash into recesses across armour, coat folds, and equipment straps.
  • Stipple chipping and scorch marks onto armour panels using a sponge fragment and dark brown paint.

6. Bases

  • Texture the base with fine sand or rubble paste, then drybrush a pale stone colour over a dark brown basecoat to suggest a ruined warzone floor.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
