Forgotten Champions brings you Violet, a lethal Human Assassin sculpted by Haito and designed for mercenary warbands who value speed, precision, and cold efficiency over brute strength. Whether she is cutting down a target mid-leap or vanishing into the shadows after a kill, Violet captures a single moment of deadly grace frozen in high-detail resin.

This 32mm scale miniature is supplied as a single-piece model on a scenic rubble base, featuring flowing robes caught mid-motion, twin curved blades extended in a wide fighting stance, and intricate tattoo-like scrollwork etched across her forearms. Every fold of fabric and strand of hair has been crafted with the quality that Forgotten Champions collectors have come to expect from Haito's work.

Violet fits naturally into any mercenary or neutral faction roster, operating as an elite skirmisher, a hired blade, or the centrepiece of a rogue operative squad. Her dynamic pose makes her equally striking on the tabletop and in a display cabinet. Squad size is one model, making her ideal as a hero, champion, or named character in your chosen ruleset.

As part of the growing Forgotten Champions range, Violet pairs well with other mercenary and rogue archetypes in the line. Add her to your collection and field a fighter who looks as dangerous as she plays.

Painting Guide: Violet - Human Assassin

Violet rewards painters who enjoy blending flowing fabrics with sharp metallic accents. This guide walks through a practical approach for achieving a striking result worthy of the Forgotten Champions range.

1. Prime

  • Apply a thin grey primer to preserve fine surface detail on the scrollwork and fabric folds

2. Armour Base

  • Basecoat exposed skin with a warm mid-tone flesh such as Cadian Fleshtone
  • Paint robes and wrappings in off-white or pale bone to keep the flowing fabric light and airy

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out arm bracers and sandal straps in a dark brown leather tone
  • Carefully paint the forearm scrollwork in a muted gold or aged bronze to add contrast without overpowering the palette

4. Weapons

  • Basecoat the curved blades in a cool steel such as Leadbelcher, then highlight edges with Stormhost Silver
  • Add a subtle blued-steel glaze to the flat of each blade for depth

5. Weathering

  • Apply a thinned sepia wash to recesses in the fabric and leather to push shadows back
  • Stipple light chips onto blade edges using dark grey to suggest hard use

6. Bases

  • Drybrush rubble and stonework in light grey over a dark charcoal base, then add tufts of dead grass to tie Violet into a ruined battlefield setting befitting a Forgotten Champions mercenary
