Forgotten Champions brings you Red Decree, a battle-hardened Human Fighter sculpted by Haito, ready to lead your mercenary warband into the bloodiest of campaigns. This single resin miniature stands as a testament to savage grace, combining elegant long hair and a flowing cape with deadly combat poise and wickedly styled bladed weapons.
Inspired by mercenary factions, Red Decree carries herself with the cold authority of someone who has survived a hundred contracts and buried everyone who doubted her. One leg raised mid-stride, twin jagged blades in hand, she dares any opponent to make the first move. Her ornate crown and reinforced armour hint at a warrior who has earned her rank through blood rather than birthright.
This approximately 32mm scale resin model comes as a single squad miniature, making her ideal as a hero, champion, or elite operative in your force. The sculpt showcases extraordinary detail across every surface, from the stitched leather panelling on her trousers to the skull resting beneath her boot on a cracked stone base.
Forgotten Champions miniatures are designed for collectors and hobbyists who demand cinematic quality. Red Decree is supplied unpainted and may require minor assembly. Suitable for resin or plastic-compatible adhesive. Base included.
Painting Guide: Red Decree - Human FighterThis guide will help you bring Red Decree to life with a gritty, mercenary aesthetic that suits the Forgotten Champions range, blending worn leather, cold steel and battle-scarred details.
1. Prime
- Apply a grey or bone spray primer for a neutral base that preserves fine detail across the armour and hair
2. Armour Base
- Basecoat the armour plates with a warm off-white or cream tone such as Rakarth Flesh
- Apply a medium brown wash to deepen recesses across the breastplate and shoulder guards
3. Trim and Details
- Pick out the crown and belt star emblem with a pale gold, then wash with Agrax Earthshade for an aged mercenary look
- Paint the cape lining in a deep shadow grey highlighted up to a lighter mid-tone at the edges
4. Weapons
- Basecoat the jagged blades with Leadbelcher and layer with Ironbreaker for a cold steel finish
- Apply Nuln Oil into the recesses, then edge highlight with Runefang Steel to suggest razor sharpness
5. Weathering
- Stipple thinned brown paint across the lower cape hem and boot edges to suggest road dust and dried mud
- Add fine scratches to the armour using a small brush and a mid-grey, concentrating on raised edges
6. Bases
- Drybrush the cracked stone base with Administratum Grey over a Mechanicus Standard Grey undercoat, then add a few tufts of dead grass to complete the abandoned battlefield scene worthy of a Forgotten Champions centrepiece
