The Havesters Cult Elite Bodyguard is a fearsome single-model resin miniature designed for grimdark sci-fi wargaming. Standing 24mm from feet to eyes, this hulking ratfolk warrior cuts an imposing silhouette on the battlefield, clutching a wicked bladed staff topped with a runic crescent totem while gripping a serrated blade in its free hand. The model arrives as a physical resin miniature with supports already removed, cleaned, and ready to assemble and paint straight from the box.
The kit comprises 4 parts, including two interchangeable hooded head options, giving you flexibility in how you present your Havesters Cult Elite Bodyguard on the tabletop. The sculpt captures every sinister detail: layered robes over segmented armour plates, clawed feet, a whip-like tail, and ragged parchment banners hanging from the staff. The level of surface detail rewards careful painting and suits both beginner and experienced hobbyists.
Supplied with a round display base, the miniature sits securely and is compatible with standard wargaming base sizes. Whether you are building a dedicated retinue or placing a single character piece at the heart of your warband, the Havesters Cult Elite Bodyguard delivers a commanding presence on any gaming table.
Miniature is supplied unpainted. Superglue recommended for assembly. Paints, brushes, and tools sold separately.
Painting Guide: Havesters Cult Elite Bodyguard - Sci-Fi Wargaming MiniaturesThe following guide will help you bring your Havesters Cult Elite Bodyguard to life with a dark, cult-appropriate colour scheme that suits a shadowy underworld warband.
1. Prime
- Apply a thin, even coat of grey or black primer to seal the resin surface and improve paint adhesion.
2. Armour Base
- Basecoat armour plates with a deep iron or dark steel colour such as Leadbelcher or equivalent.
- Apply a dark brown or black wash into recesses to define panel lines and add depth.
3. Trim and Details
- Paint robe and cloth areas with a muted ochre, ash grey, or dirty bone tone to suggest worn fabric.
- Highlight raised folds with a lighter mix of your chosen cloth colour for definition.
4. Weapons
- Paint the crescent staff totem in a dark bronze or verdigris tone to suggest ancient corrupted metal.
- Drybrush blade edges with bright silver to suggest sharpened, well-used weapons.
5. Weathering
- Stipple on rust streaks using a sponge with orange-brown paint around lower armour edges.
- Add light scratches and chips with a fine brush and a pale grey or off-white colour.
6. Bases
- Texture the base with fine grit paste or scatter, paint it in dark stone tones, and finish with a subtle dry brush of pale grey or sand to tie the miniature to your broader warband basing scheme.
This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
