Gothic Sci-fi armoured space elf warriors arrive as physical resin miniatures, supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready for assembly and painting. This squad of 10 uniquely posed defenders brings grimdark battlefield character to any tabletop warzone, each figure standing approximately 43mm from feet to eyes. The sleek, angular armour plates, crested helmets, flowing cloaks, and long-barrelled rifles capture the cold elegance of an ancient and deadly spacefaring civilisation.
Each of the 10 models in the Spacelair Defenders Squad features a distinct combat stance, from low crouching firing positions to aggressive forward lunges. Weapons include long splinter-style rifles and paired blade-rifles, giving players flexibility when building their force. The sculpts are crisp, with fine detail on every panel line, joint, and cloak fold. Sculpted by DakkaDakka, these warriors are designed for collectors and competitive players who demand presence on the tabletop.
These Gothic Sci-fi miniatures arrive as physical resin castings, individually checked and cleaned before dispatch. They are supplied unpainted and may require light assembly depending on the pose. Standard superglue or hobby plastic cement is recommended. Bases are included.
Whether you are expanding an existing xenos raider force or building a new elite infantry squad from scratch, the Spacelair Defenders offer ten distinct characters for your collection. Squad size is 10 models. Scale is 43mm foot to eye.
Painting Guide: Gothic Sci-Fi Space Elf Warriors - Spacelair Defenders SquadThese Gothic Sci warriors suit a cool, high-contrast paint scheme. The pale armour, dark recesses, and glowing energy accents create a striking result with patient layering.
1. Prime
- Apply a thin, even coat of grey or white spray primer across all models
- Allow full drying time before applying any basecoats
2. Armour Base
- Basecoat all armour panels in a pale bone or light grey tone
- Apply a thinned wash of blue-grey into the recesses to define panel edges
3. Trim and Details
- Pick out trim, helmet crests, and shoulder spikes in a dark metallic or black
- Add a spot highlight of silver along raised edges for a sharp finish
4. Weapons
- Paint rifle bodies in a dark gunmetal, layering up to a bright steel highlight
- Add a faint glow effect to energy emitters using thin glazes of teal or purple
5. Weathering
- Apply subtle edge chipping with a fine brush and dark brown on corners
- Use a light dry-brush of off-white across cloaks to lift the texture
6. Bases
- Texture the base with fine sand or pumice paste, paint dark grey, and dry-brush stone tones for a ruined cityscape feel
