Forgotten Champions brings you the Blade of Ruin, a ferocious Tiefling Warrior sculpted with razor-sharp detail and dynamic combat energy. Crouching low in a predatory stance, this infernal fighter wields an ornate double-bladed polearm tipped with wicked barbed points, her ram horns curling proudly above a savage smirk. Every curve of muscle, every flowing strand of hair, and every etched rune on her weapon speaks to a warrior born of chaos and forged in conflict.
Sculpted by Haito, this resin miniature is available in two sizes: a large display scale and a standard 32mm tabletop scale, both shown unpainted in natural resin. The level of surface detail is exceptional, from the scaled texture of her tail to the intricate knotwork adorning her weapon haft. She stands on a cracked stone base scattered with debris, perfect for battlefield or dungeon environments.
Whether you are building a warband of infernal warriors or adding a single elite centrepiece to your collection, the Blade of Ruin fits seamlessly into any Forgotten Champions roster. Her aggressive posture and unique silhouette make her instantly recognisable on the tabletop, standing out among even the most crowded skirmish boards.
Supplied as a high-resolution resin print. Requires assembly and painting. Not suitable for children under 15. Handle with care and wash before painting.
Painting Guide: Blade of Ruin - Tiefling WarriorThis guide helps you bring your Forgotten Champions Tiefling Warrior to life with a striking infernal colour scheme that suits her chaotic heritage.
1. Prime
- Prime the model with a grey or bone spray primer to preserve surface detail and provide a neutral base for warm skin tones.
2. Armour Base
- Basecoat exposed skin with a deep terracotta or muted ochre, layering up to a warm sand highlight on raised areas.
- Add a thin glaze of orange-red to deepen the infernal warmth of her complexion.
3. Trim and Details
- Paint the ram horns with a burnt sienna base, highlighting with cream toward the tips.
- Pick out straps and bindings in dark leather brown with a mid-tan drybrush for worn texture.
4. Weapons
- Basecoat the polearm in a dark iron tone, then drybrush with bright silver to catch edges and blade tips.
- Add a subtle blue-green OSL glow along the rune etchings using thin glazes to hint at arcane energy.
5. Weathering
- Apply diluted dark brown wash into all recesses across the weapon and base to create depth and grime.
- Stipple chipped paint effects along blade edges using a sponge and dark metal mix for a battle-worn finish.
6. Bases
- Drybrush the cracked stone base in pale grey over a charcoal undercoat, then pick out debris and skull fragments in bone tones to complete the Forgotten Champions battlefield aesthetic.
