This Bike-mounted Battle Priest is a fearsome single-miniature release, cast in high-quality grey resin and supplied with supports already removed and surfaces cleaned, ready for assembly and painting straight out of the box. The model depicts a towering armoured warrior astride a heavily armed combat bike, gripping an ornate skull-topped staff in one hand while the vehicle bristles with forward-mounted gun arrays, stabiliser pods, and chunky armoured bodywork. The rider wears ceremonial plate detailed with layered scale texturing and winged helm crests, evoking the image of a relentless battlefield preacher charging across the ruins of a dying world.

The sculpt is packed with fine surface detail throughout: riveted panels, exhaust vents, scripture-etched shoulder guards, and a dramatic flowing banner streamer attached to the staff. The bike itself sits on a 75mm oval display base, giving the piece excellent visual presence on any tabletop. Scale is consistent with standard 28-32mm heroic wargaming miniatures, and the figure scales naturally alongside similar infantry and cavalry models from the same grimdark genre.

This physical resin miniature is produced by Atlan Forge and arrives as a single or low-part kit. Minor cleanup with a hobby knife and fine sandpaper may be required along mould lines before priming. Superglue is recommended for any assembly. The level of sculpted detail rewards careful, patient painting and will make a striking command piece or centrepiece model in any sci-fi force.

Painting Guide: Bike-mounted Battle Priest- Sci-Fi Wargaming Miniatures

The following guide is designed for hobbyists who want to bring this Bike-mounted Battle Priest to life with a rich, grimdark finish suited to a war-scarred battlefield setting.

1. Prime

  • Apply a zenithal prime using a dark grey base coat followed by a light grey or white spray from above to establish natural shading across the miniature.

2. Armour Base

  • Base coat the armour plates in a muted bone white or off-white to evoke ceremonial plate.
  • Alternatively, use a deep midnight blue or dark iron for a more sinister military aesthetic.

3. Trim and Details

  • Pick out iconography, rivets, and scripture edging in bright gold or antique brass using a fine detail brush.
  • Apply a sepia or brown wash over all metallic areas to age the surfaces and add depth to recesses.

4. Weapons

  • Paint the staff and gun barrels in gunmetal or dark steel, then edge highlight with bright silver.
  • The skull atop the staff can be painted in aged ivory with a thin brown wash pooled into the eye sockets.

5. Weathering

  • Stipple thinned dark brown around the lower bike panels and wheel arches to simulate mud and road grime.
  • Add fine scratches and chips to armour edges using a small sponge and a mix of dark grey and mid-grey paint.

6. Bases

  • Texture the oval base with fine sand or a commercial basing paste, paint in dark earthy tones, and finish with tufts and small rubble pieces for a ruined warzone feel.

This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
