The ArchDemon of Plague is a towering, bloated herald of corruption and ruin, sculpted in exquisite detail at 32mm scale for use in grimdark sci-fi wargaming. This physical resin miniature arrives with supports already removed, cleaned, and ready to assemble and paint. Every fold of pustulent flesh, every skull-laden pauldron, and every rusted weapon has been rendered with extraordinary precision to bring this nightmarish entity to life on your tabletop.
Sold as a single miniature, this hulking creature crouches low on a round display base, its immense bulk conveying unstoppable menace. In one hand it clutches a jagged, serrated blade crusted with decay. In the other it wields a heavy, skull-adorned flail. Its body is layered with grotesque tumours, embedded skulls, and scalloped plate armour etched with the marks of countless victories. The ArchDemon of Plague makes an outstanding centrepiece model for any corrupted or chaos-aligned warband.
This miniature is cast in high-quality grey resin, capturing every surface texture with crisp fidelity. It is compatible with standard 32mm scale wargames and integrates naturally alongside infantry and monster kits from most major systems. A small amount of flash or minor surface preparation may be required before painting, consistent with the standard of premium resin miniatures.
Whether you are building a collection, running a narrative campaign, or competing in organised play, the ArchDemon of Plague is a statement piece that demands attention across the battlefield. Add it to your forces and let corruption take form.
Painting Guide: ArchDemon of Plague, Sci-Fi Wargaming Miniatures, 32mm ScaleThe following guide is designed to help you achieve a grimdark, disease-ravaged appearance that suits the character of this model perfectly. Take your time with each stage for best results.
1. Prime
- Apply a grey or black spray primer evenly across the entire model, ensuring all recesses are coated.
- Allow to cure fully before proceeding to basecoating.
2. Armour Base
- Basecoat the scalloped pauldrons and plate sections with a dark bronze or tarnished brass tone.
- Apply a heavy wash of dark brown or sepia to deepen the recesses and suggest age and corrosion.
3. Trim and Details
- Pick out the embedded skulls with a pale bone or ivory tone, then shade with a brown wash.
- Paint the tumorous flesh with a sickly greenish-yellow base, blending into a deeper olive in the recesses.
4. Weapons
- Basecoat the jagged blade with a dark steel, then drybrush lightly with silver to suggest chipped metal edges.
- Paint the skull-adorned flail head in dark iron and stipple rust tones across its surface for a corroded finish.
5. Weathering
- Apply rust streaks and verdigris using stippling and thin glazes of orange-brown and teal-green respectively.
- Add gore effects to blade edges and claw tips using thinned crimson red, drawn downward with a fine brush.
6. Bases
- Texture the base with cracked earth paste or fine sand, then paint in dark grey with patches of sickly green to suggest a blighted wasteland.
- Finish with a matte varnish across the whole model to protect the paintwork and reduce shine.
This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.

Terrific model, should say base not included.
Hi! Thanks for the nice review. The model should have had a base included, I'm so sorry it didn't. I'll get one made up for you and send it out
